Story connects us
Our favorite books, movies, and songs tell stories that enable us to feel understood and less alone.
Our life is full of personal stories, as well as intergenerational stories, that speak of shame and sorrow, courage and joy.
Therapy invites us to tell our stories and sit with our stories in new ways - exploring and understanding and finding meaning in how these stories have shaped us into who we are today.
And how we can begin to write new stories for our future and the legacy we desire to leave behind.
